Plant Maintenance Process Expert

Responsibilities:-

• As expert in his/her area, the main responsibilities of the PM Process SME are:
• Participate in design workshops if required by the BL & Archetype Leader, Process Leader or Function Leader
• Analyze process and make clear recommendation to the Process Leader
• Provide process expertise and guidance to support Key Design Decision (KDD) discussions led by the Process Leader
• Support decision-making during development of MVP
• Identify areas where technical solutions would improve respective process
• Review final process defined and ensure technical solutions are correct and met designed process
• Build a network of other experts across the different Business Lines
• Reach out to other SMEs to discuss and understand specific topics if required
• Support the harmonization of the process by enforcing the adherence to committed guiding principles of the program, especially around fit to standard approach

• Embed Hitachi Energy best practices where relevant in the design and standards of the new ERP Global template

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Global view and thorough experience of a specific Hitachi Energy Business Process (Quote-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Project Opportunity-to-Close, Record-to-Report, Issue-to-Resolution, Plan-to-Deliver)
• >5 years of experience in the area of expertise
• Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert
• Experienced representing the interests and requirements of the business in an IT implementation project
• Leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce and discuss technical solution with stakeholders
• Leadership capability to establish a network of experts and animate a community
• Cross-functional understanding of Hitachi Energy business best practices and strategic direction in the context of the business process
• Fluent in English language and good interpersonal and communication skills
