Operations & QA Engineer

You will be working as Operations & QA Engineer and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Automation Digital Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Engineer Software Testing ZC R & D and will be responsible for supporting strategic technology direction by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative technology, software and/or solutions by contributing with own ideas. Supporting the R&D team by performing assigned tasks under supervision and execute assigned tasks using technical knowledge in a structured way.

Responsibilities:-

• Assuming the role of a hybrid QA or Operations specialist supporting a global platform
• Executing quality assurance procedures, testing routines, and deployment activities
• Managing and continuously improve test suites, test cases, and QA criteria
• Executing standard platform operating procedures and continuously improve and optimize standard procedures
• Supporting cybersecurity compliance procedures and organizational controls
• Maintaining user access management procedures and controls with managing platform data and user licenses across multiple instances
• Executing client-facing system integration and user acceptance testing

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in EE or Computer Science engineering
• Required with 3 – 5 years experience in MS Azure, Devops Operations, Azure certification, Cloud operations
• Having experience in performance testing and API testing with good understanding of QA practices and test procedures and documentation
• Having solid understand of devops practices and procedures with proficiency in using backlog management tools – e.g. AzureDevops, Jira, or equivalent
• Ensuring to work in global teams with solid communications and collaboration skills
• Having experience working on business cloud platforms is a plus
