Job Description

To define, develop and deliver differentiated solutions and product offerings that focus on winning market share. This position manages the “Offer Management for Power Meters & Power Factor Correction” for the entire India. The role requires to also engage in the market analysis, reporting Annual Market Research, building sales tools and pitch documents and build demand generation activity with the marcom team in the zone.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Product marketing activities for complete range of Power Meters & Power Factor Correction.
  • Build Most Comprehensive Offer Portfolio and Positioning for Power Meters & Power Factor Correction . Build Value creation with respect to Application & Segment & GTM
  • Product portfolio management including product strategy, product road map, product launches etc to achieve profitable sales
  • Responsible for achieving top line and incremental price realization.
  • Devise Strategic Pricing Actions (Mix Management). Complete pricing activity for the offer.
  • Drive Demand generation for this business.
  • Tracking of competitor activities and devising local strategies | Analyze Market Segmentation | chase Untapped Potential (AMR)
  • Drive Efficient Business Process with Stakeholder with define | Monitor SLA (SIOP | MAPE | CSAT | etc.)
  • Creating training modules to equip sales fight competition and competency build up for Value Chain
  • Create prescription tools to generate a preference for SEI products, thus realizing higher sales and better price realization.
  • Giving inputs to regional and global teams and participate in the product evolution projects.
  • Giving feedback to quality teams based on the product performance in the field.
  • Close coordination with regional teams to arrive at a 3 monthly forecast to ensure consistent deliveries with optimum inventory levels

Qualifications And Experiences:-

  • Engineering  +  Business School Graduate(preferable)
  • 4-6 Years of experience in the field of Sales or pre-sales, Business development, preferably in same industry belonging to Power Meters & Power Factor Correction
  • Strong ability to visualize, identify trends in the market & formulate scenarios, should be able to work seamlessly with stakeholders (internal& external), understand market dynamics.
  • Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Ability to implement new initiatives,Proven skills in the areas of strategy development, deployment and implementations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and results orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
