Atlas Copco Speciality Rental India is looking for National Sales Manager to Evolve, Explore, Expand and Excite rental business in India. This position reports to the Country Manager. The successful candidate will be a key player in the business and a strong, identifiable leader within the department.

The purpose of the role is to create sustainable and profitable revenues and accelerate Business growth faster than ever for ASR India by fully leveraging the capabilities of our sales team. You will implement strategies and action plans to drive continuous improvement and growth. As a National Sales Manager, your mission will be

Mission:-

 Responsibilities will include:-

  • Explore – look for new applications, new business models, new Industry segments, new geographies and Technologies to increase potential.
  • Expand – Focus on continuous improvement to improve both Market share and customer share to accelerate business growth at a faster pace than ever
  • Excite – Find means and ways to improve and deliver world class Rental sales experience to customers
  • As NSM you will be the Ambassador of Atlas Copco Speciality Rental in the defined key segments. Key segments for Rental. These segments include (but are not restricted to):– —– Energy
    • Chemical and Fertilisers
    • Metal, Mining and Minerals
    • Food & Pharma
    • Manufacturing
  • Competency mapping and training of Sales team to fill the gaps on regular basis, by imparting and organising sales trainings and building a learning culture.
  • Regular update of application portal, build up per segment expert knowledge about the applications, solutions, important players.
  • Market mapping and analysis to understand and direct best practices to optimize success
  • Develop sales channels and strategies for further growth
  • Closely work with Operations team and propose new/rental equipment inventory and propose additional tools and equipment to match customer needs
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of competitors Rental Services
  • Retain the core by improving present and preparing for future by regular tracking and nurturing of Mega Projects.
  • Track and study trends in O&G, energy sector and emerging segments and determine business and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales and Operations team to identify gaps in the product and services portfolio require to be align with demand, by proper fleet planning and maximizing the fleet utilization.
  • Working closely with marketing team to tailor and maximize marketing outreach.
  • Communicates and promotes constantly with major and relevant Key accounts, contractors, sub-contractors, and end users for our products.
  • Managing Sales tools such as Salesforce (RPSM), CPQ, Show pad in active coordination with Marketing
  • To achieve these goals, this position will oversee the implementation, adherence, and improvement of best practices for the end-to-end processes of market to customer and order to cash, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform extra tasks as assigned

To succeed, you will need,

Experience and Education:-

  • Solid sales experience with proven track record of Minimum 10 years
  • Graduate Engineer, with a management degree will be preferred
  • Rental sales experience will be treated as an advantage

Knowledge and personality requirements:-

  • Have well-developed analytical and planning skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Office 365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • You have very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), other languages are an asset
  • Good project management and collaboration skills
  • Exhibit a pragmatic approach to streamlining requirements.
  • Forward thinking with a constant requirement to develop and improve not only the individual but also the department. A strong focus on continual improvement is required.
  • You have a structured, independent way of working and a quick grasp.
  • You are result oriented and have a high level of motivation.
  • You are good at communicating and have an open mindset.
  • Willing to travel – this job demands travelling up to 50%
  • A deep knowledge of various products portfolios for example of OFA compressors, Portable/Stationary Air Compressors, Nitrogen Generators, Boosters, Power Generators, and Steam Generators.
