Module Quality-Lead

As Module Quality Lead you actively drive down nonconformity costs by assuring content quality of design deliverables and supporting APQP continuity across domains.

As Module Quality Lead you assure content quality of design deliverables by

•performing reviews critical to design quality and verification activities (concept & system FMEA, DFMEA, TRA)•assuring proper definition & resolution of findings•clarifying product master data quality ( eg traceability, critical components)•supporting APQP continuity within modules across domains•establishing transparency of PPAP status within module (focus on team feasibility and specifications)•providing clear deliverable status to Platform Q-Leads for Gates & Milestones

Additionally you provide expertise in one or more of our modules (Blades, Nacelles, Towers, Gearboxes, Electricals and Equipment) as basis for

•problem solving activities in design.•transferring knowledge between development projects•assuring update of TE related documents based on LL from development programs

Education Qualifications and Experience:

• Preferably technical background in engineering or material sciences, sound knowledge of APQP, experience in one or more of our modules (Blades, Nacelles, Towers, Gearboxes, Electricals and Equipment)
• You have 5-10 years of experience in working with engineering quality in relevant industries
• You have hands-on experience with D-FMEA and structured Design Review methodology
• You are able to structure large amounts of information and prioritize complex issues on a daily basis
• You must be able to influence many stakeholders to obtain high quality and safety
• You thrive in an international and intercultural environment and are able to cooperate with persons with various cultural backgrounds
• You are an exceptional relationship builder with good collaboration skills and you are able to communicate your ideas and concepts clearly
• Your work style is structured with a sound approach to regulations and processes
• You are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing and hold solid facilitation and presentation skills in English
