MEP Supervisor – Electrical

• Assisting in conducting site activities and at times being able to lead the activities.
• Providing input to others in regards to programming the works and scheduling of resources.
• Assisting in coordinating of all disciplines involved in the project.
• Having a good knowledge of safety, method statements and risk assessment and ensuring the works are carried out as per the approved method statements and risk assessments.
• Ensuring safety is a priority and providing a safe work environment for all staff and resources on site.
• Having a good understanding of what good quality is and be able to report if the quality is not up to the specification and standards.
• Being able to produce reports for quality and progress.
• Being able to understand a schedule and monitoring the contractor’s performance against the schedule.
• Handling tower activities including internal & external services of flats.

Qualification And Experience:-

• You have a degree or diploma qualification in electrical engineering and a member of a professional body.
• You have proven experience in highrise residential buildings and good knowledge of electrical services. You have knowledge of BMS, FAPA, Security, ELV, Electrical panel & distribution systems.

• Mumbai, Maharashtra.
