Mechatronics Designer – R&D

• 3D Modeling and Detailing Expertise: Proficient in 3D modeling and detailing with a focus on best practices for parts and assembly design.
• Leadership in Engineering Activities: Leads all engineering activities within project teams, ensuring effective coordination and execution.
• Project Deliverables Management: Manages engineering deliverables, emphasizing quality, cost, and timely delivery in projects.
• Timely Design Activities: Ensures on-time completion of design activities for phase reviews and releases.
• Customer and Regulatory Alignment: Capable of incorporating customer requirements and regulatory standards into design processes
• Innovative Design Approach: Adaptable to learning and implementing new ideas for Design to Cost (DtC) and productivity enhancement.
• Effective Collaboration Skills: Collaborates with regional and global engineering teams and cross-functional teams, fostering communication and cooperation.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering (Mechatronics).
• 3D Modeling Proficiency: Demonstrated 3D modeling and detailing skills with a track record of 2-3 years of experience.
• CREO Expert: Proficient in utilizing CREO for design and modeling.
• PLM and Change Management: Experience with Product Lifecycle Management tools and change management processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Electrical and Communication Protocols: Knowledgeable in diagnostic and CAN communication protocols.
• Testing Standards Familiarity: Experience in understanding electrical testing specifications/standards for ECU, sensor, and switches.
• Mechatronics Development: Proven experience in the development and testing of solenoid/coil, with a comprehensive understanding of vehicle systems related to ABS, EBS, ESC, and ADAS.
