Manager – Solar – Production

Position Summary:-

You’ll be highly skilled in Solar cable manufacturing and other management. Additionally, you’ll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team. Your ultimate responsibility is to deliver the production volume with quality standards and budgeted cost in the solar beam operation department. Other key responsibilities includes improvement in OE, 100% FTR, Train the team on wire drawing, bunching, sheathing and E-beam process, Physical verification of the material accounting. RSO certification will be added advantage.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:-

• Oversee materials and inventory management.
• RSO Certified with E-beam accelerator machine operation experience
• Awareness about AERB compliances
• Routine/ annual Maintenance of E-Beam machine
• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per kms,, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent internal customer service.
• To full fill an additional activity as required by the seniors / managements
• Produce accurate and timely reporting as requested on various subjects e.g. production, stock, material accounting, OEE, scrap, quality, 5S.
• Manage and monitor the production shift team to ensure the efficient achievement of production targets.
• Plan and execute the production in most efficient way and monitor the materials, consumable and resources to ensure their efficient use
