Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Supervision of daily operational activities of O&M contractor for solar PV and wind park portfolio.
  • Responsible to Manage complete portfolio functionally – HSE&Q Management,Operations Management,Maintenance Management,PV Plant/ WTG Performance Management.
  • Responsible to Manage complete portfolio administratively-Security Management, Resource Management, Manage offtaker and govt. authorities.
  • Responsible for effective Implementation of preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations i.e., PV Inverter, PV Modules, Transformers, Medium voltage switchgear panels, high voltage substation, etc.
  • Responsible for Coordination with Discom/offtaker for timely AMR/JMR and billing.
  • Responsible for Monitoring and compliance of statutory requirements.
  • Responsible to carry out RCA of critical defects and optimize MTTR and MTBF.
  • Responsible to timely prepare and submit MIS and technical reports as requested by management.
  • Visit each plant regularly and verify O&M contractors’ performance and activity in compliance with O&M contract.
