Manager – Service Delivery

• Engineering Graduate from any reputed University.
• Must Have experience of building and O&M of underground fiber (ISP/OSP), OPGW fiber, site infrastructure.
• Knowledge of various telecom technologies SDH/DWDM/OTN.
• Well conversant with Dark fiber / Last mile/ Colo infra build and operations.
• Have hands on experience of GIS tools like Google earth and other platforms.
• Travel as and when required.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:-

• Operation and Maintenance of Underground / OPGW network of entire routes of Sterlite power and it partners.
• Service delivery life cycle management.
• Project rollout for the fiber last mile & network infrastructure.
• Responsible implementing the O&M processes and continuously review and ensure O&M procedures are updated and in line with set guidelines.
• Take responsibility for customer escalations and act as a point of escalation both in and out of hours as required.
• Publish weekly/Monthly reports.
• Engage with govt / private agencies for necessary approvals and work clearance.
• Drive internal and external stakeholders.
• Spare part management for active and passive infrastructure.
