Manager- Sales Business Operations( Power BI)

•  Create, leverage and maintain relationships with different country leaders for project transition – Involve in transitioning of new tasks
• Assigning Tickets to team members. Driving the team to complete their day-to-day operational activities. Giving Training to All new Hires and act as a mentor and coach
• Conducting mid-year and yearly PMS meeting for team members to evaluate their progress
• Implementing project improvement plan and focus on automation program. Driven to exceed goals and focus on continual process improvement.
• Handling all communication between the stake holders and providing daily report and stats to the Aftermarket Excellence Center Leader
• Work timings – 09:00AM to 06:00PM Germany Time (12:30PM to 09:30PM IST)

Qualification And Experience:-

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of Experience in sales operations /order management / Order fulfillment /SCM Background
• Expertise in advanced excel and Power BI with Microsoft certification. experience / knowledge in Pricing Analysis & Pricing Management
• Project Management &  Customer Management. Any project management certification is an added advantage
• Problem solving skills & Decision making skills
• Excellent communication skills
