Manager – Projects & Field Solution

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality deliverables.
• Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project team to implement those decisions along with technical, operational, financial, and managerial support.
• Meeting with clients, suppliers and other stakeholder to expedite, resolve open matters or mitigate the challenges wherever required and report on project progress.
• Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
• Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damages
• Ensuring permits and contractual requirements are secured ahead of the project execution.
• Coordinating to close Field Solution support related activities as required
• Shall be able to drive and control Operational Excellence activities to maintain the functional score required by organisation
• Oversees the selection and training of qualified program staff, assigning clear roles and responsibilities, providing effective supervision, and managing performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensures the project produces the specified results in terms of OTD
• Ensures that the project progresses in accordance with contractual obligations and complies to applicable regulations and internal organizational policies.

Prefered Candidate:-

• Min. 15 years in Project domain of rotary equipment mfg.
• Essentially but not limited to Pumps and compressors.
• Candidate handling reputed PMCs like EIL, MECON, NJS, L&T, SUEZ and with background from Pump Compressor industries and knowledge in Water Segment, Oil & Gas and Process industry preferred.
