Manager – Process Design and Digital Transformation

The Process Design and Digital Transformation Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes across various teams within the organization. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, leading digital transformation efforts, integrating processes into ERP systems, and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, digital systems, and change management, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:-

Process Design and Implementation:-

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop standardized processes.
• Create and document processes, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead the implementation of these processes across various teams, ensuring acceptance and integration into daily operations.
• Continuously monitor and improve processes based on team feedback, data analysis, and evolving business needs.
• Defining process improvements to the digital transformation team for implementation.
• Periodically update the business processes to reflect the actual “as-is” process.

Leading Internal audit function:-

• Design and present an internal audit plan to the board of directors.
• Monitor internal audit performance through external consultants.
• Monitor the implementation of key defects and internal audit mitigation plans.
• Integrate internal audit observations in process design and digital transformation of the company.

Digital Transformation & ERP Implementation:-

• Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating newly designed processes into the company’s standalone ERP systems.
• Identify and discuss technology. Based on discussion/ collaboration with the internal IT team and onboarding of external consultants, ERP will be implemented.
• Collaborate with IT, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment of ERP and non-ERP-related functionalities.
• Train teams on the ERP system, ensuring that all processes are automated and optimized through the platform.
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends and recommend new technologies that align with business goals.

Change Management:-

• Lead workshops and consult with stakeholders to determine key business performance metrics.
• Foster a data-driven culture by ensuring that all teams understand the importance of KPIs and how to leverage them for decision-making.

Qualifications:-

• Proven experience in process improvement, digital transformation, and ERP implementation with an experience of more than 10 years
• Experience in reporting to the Board of Directors (non-negotiable)
• Experience in designing and implementing business processes across medium and large organizations.
• Working knowledge of ERP preferably MS Dynamics or other ERPs such as SAP S4 Hana, and Oracle Fusion.
• Good MS skills especially MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio and Power BI. Working knowledge of analytical software such as Alteryx etc. will be preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops, present ideas, and influence decision-making at all levels.
