Manager – Process

Duties and responsibilities:-

• Participate in cross functional team to optimize manufacturing process and Lead from Process Engg for new product development projects
• Should have good Knowledge of MAG welding & trouble shooting of welding issues in line
• Should have hands on work experience for MAG welding trails.
• Knowledge about – Fronius power source & Panasonic robot power source.
• Experience in Machine procurement process
• Knowledge of Damper manufacturing – outer tube & piston rod welding, Hydraulic assy & Final assy – Tool & Fixture design and manufacturing feasibility.
• Preparation of process documents PFMEA, PFD, CP & WI, driving process parameter through process validation.
• Lead in developing new machine, processes etc. Know-how of types of sensors, its application and knowledge of pneumatics required
• Process improvement through cycle time reduction, process capability study Cp&Cpk
• Implementation of lean manufacturing in shopfloor
• Initiating & executing Low-Cost Automation, VAVE projects & Kaizen
• Awareness and participation in regional customer new model readiness (APQP) audits.
• Reduction in internal & customer PPM
• Basic awareness of IATF, VDA, OHSAS and ISO 14001 management systems

Qualification and Experience:-

• B.E Mechanical in Mechanical/Production /Automobile with 10 – 14 years of experience in similar function in Automotive industry/Auto ancillaries.

• External customers & suppliers
• Internal coordination with other departments
• Global Counterparts

Working conditions:-

• Should be willing to work in shifts. (Based on needs)
• Should be willing to work with Staggered Off (Based on needs)

• Should be physically fit as per industry requirement.
