Monitoring for proper execution of Sub-Station Equipment viz. Erection, Testing & Commissioning

Responsibilities:-

Chief Manager / Manager – O&M Sub-Station (Protection) is a centralized role for different ongoing Project sites and made responsible for implementing the best practices towards Testing & Commissioning activities at different Sub-Station Project Sites and operational Assets across Pan India
He should have Hands on experience for Testing & Configuration of Numerical Relays, Scheme checking, Primary Equipment Testing for AIS & GIS Equipment including Transformers & Reactors.
He should be accountable for Review & analysis of DR & EL reports during any tripping and co-ordinate with site teams placed across Pan India for timely restoration of the system.
He is accountable for raising red flags for improper site execution and ensuring the timely rectification of the same through respective stakeholders.
He is accountable for resource mobilization planning and deployment of the same.
He is responsible for the analysis of Risks & Opportunities and implementation of the action plan (mitigation / exploitation) with appropriate approval.
He is accountable for timely MIS reporting related to Project execution & Operational Asset’s activities.

Critical Success Factors – Essential:-

Min. 10 years’ Experience of On-Site execution of Substations Testing & Commissioning and/or Operations & Maintenance

Critical Success Factors – Desirable:-

Qualified from reputed Institutions in INDIA
132KV and above GIS & AIS Substations experience.
