Manager – Market Intelligence

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:-

Market Intelligence:-

• Stay abreast with market developments in the energy delivery ecosystem, understand and analyse the market trends, assess their impact on the businesses
• Provide insights to the C-suite on the sectoral trends and new growth areas
• Competitor benchmarking: Undertake quarterly benchmarking and analysis (operational, financial, market movement, market drivers) for competitors for transmission & RE business
• Support on stakeholder management- inputs on internal and external engagements of the MD (speaker sessions, representations, townhalls, social media internal board reviews)
• Events: Stay on top of energy, infra and infrastructure finance related events, provide suggestions on prioritization for the MD

Growth & diversification:-

• Identify and assess potential growth avenues for businesses- market sizing, attractiveness, ecosystem analysis, critical ratios, market valuations, international case studies, etc.
• Support in strategy formulation for identified growth areas, including for renewables business- formulate market entry, evaluation matrix, offerings etc.
• Undertake deep dives or research assignments as per functional priorities.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Minimum 3 years work experience in strategy/ consulting/ MD or CEO office
• Experience and interest in the energy sector will be of advantage.
