Manager – L&D

To manage entire gamut of Learning & Development function for Offshore Hydrocarbon Business in coordination with Group L &D and CHR team. To develop Annual Learning Plan and budget and execute the same. Create and execute learning strategies and programs with emphasis on optimal usage of company’ digital tools. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs on periodic manner. Facilitate /Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training , e – learning courses)

Requirements:-

• Proven experience as an L&D Manager/ Training Manager of preferably Oil and Gas based or EPC / Construction based industry.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
• Two-year full-time Post Graduation in Business administration in HR and Graduation is preferred to be in Engineering or Psychology or a related field
