Manager Construction

• Validate WTG installation package proposals during SBA process and Provide budget for construction resources at bidding stage.
• Manage WTGs installations across India with full profit / loss responsibility for results, within the framework of company guidelines, with objective to meet or exceed the contractual, budget, schedule, safety, regulatory and quality requirements, thereby achieving customer satisfaction and project goals.
• Manage the WTG installation activities throughout the project life cycle, mitigating the commercial and contractual risks.
• Set necessary measures to ensure zero harm policy in environment, health and safety, set up framework to regularly check compliance of in projects and with subcontractors.
• Leading WTG installation project team. Guide, support, motivate and develop team members to achieve project / organization goals.
• Proper maintenance of company’s inventories including installation tools.
• Ensure all necessary resources deployed at project sites right time.

Qualification:-

• Engineering Degree/ Diploma (Civil/Mechanical)

Experience:

• Min 18- 20 Years.
• Min 6-8 Years.

• Chennai, India.

Skills:-

• Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, for all site operations assigned.
• Oversees completion of site administration according to performance standards agreed (on schedule, at requisite quality level, on-budget).
• Assumes economic responsibility, e.g. calculates material, personnel, and running contract costs for suppliers.
• Represents the site in all decision-making committees of the project (towards own management, customer and team)
• Coordinates contractors before and during execution of work.
• Establishes efficient methods/processes for site controlling and reporting.
• Assesses risks/opportunities at the construction site (e.g., economic, organizational or contractual risks, acceptance criteria, change request procedures).
• Monitors compliance of standards, regulations, laws, quality and EHS -guidelines.
• Leads qualified employees in a number of functional teams, at the site assigned.
