Manager Commissioning

Your primary role is to lead the pre – commissioning, commissioning, and performing PG test activities and handing over to the customer of the following products.

• Crushing and Feeding (Cone Crusher, Gyratory Crusher, Jaw Crusher, Roller Crusher, Eccentric Roll Crusher, Hammer crusher, Apron Feeder, Belt Feeder, Hopper Feeder, Fuller Circular Motion Screen),
• Milling & Grinding (AG Mill, Ball Mill, Rod Mill, Rotary Scrubber, SAG Mill, HPGR),
• Pyro (Cooler, Dryers, Burner, Kiln)
• Separation (Classifier, Column Cells, Reflux Flotation Cell),
• Sizers, Screens & Centrifuges (Decanter, Vibrating Screens, ABON Sizer, Roller Screen, Chain Feeder, Buffalo Sizer, Vibrating Feeder),
• Thickening & Filtration (Thickener, Automatic Filter Press, Disc/Drum Filter, Pneumapress, Clarifier),
• Pumps, Cyclones and Valves etc.

Your responsibilities:-

• Preparation of detailed Punch lists for installed equipment’s in terms of Mechanical/Electrical/ Instrumentation and Automation.
• Preparation of detailed plans for No Load Trials, Group trials with Interlocks, Load trials and Hot Commissioning.
• Setting up the Prerequisites of Load trials and Post Trial activities.
• Preparation of Commissioning Protocols and Completion certificates.
• Coordination with various agencies like Customer/Consultant/Contractor and other stack holders.
• Preparation of PG Test method statements with contractual DORs and obtaining the acceptance of all stakeholders.
• Lead and Conduct the PG test successfully.
• Obtain the Handing over certificate from Customer.
• Preparation of Commissioning reports and deposit in Report repository.

What you bring:-

We are looking for a commissioning engineer who can plan and execute commissioning activities for various projects. The ideal candidate should have:

• Hands-on experience in preparing commissioning plans and operation Schedule.
• Excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Project.
• Sound knowledge in PIDs and interpretations of the same.
• Sound knowledge in Plant start up, Operation and Maintenance.
• Sound knowledge in Measuring methods and Process Calculations to balance Heat, Mass, Flow, water, etc.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint to create reports and presentations.
• Willingness to travel extensively to different project sites.
• Innovation and decisiveness in problem-solving.

Education Qualification:-

• Bachelor’s Engineer degree in from a reputed university, Specializing in Chemical.

Experience:-

• 7 to 15 years’ experience in Commissioning and operation of Mining/Cement/Chemical Industry equipment.
