Lead TSCM

Direct and establish a proactive and effective cover against electronic surveillance to promoters by regular risk assessment using TSCM equipment. Leverage technology to ensure information and data safety and provide a secure communication channel. Responsible for efficient operations of EPT control room.

Responsibilities:-

Management and Review:-

• Monitor team operations and ensure adherence to established SOPs.
• Publish reports on incidents and corrective measures.

EPT Control Room Operations:-

• Oversee end-to-end operations of EPT Control Room; Lead maintenance and up gradation initiatives for the Control Room.
• Monitor the operations of the Control Room and ensure integration with the National Security Control Room.

Surveillance:-

• Oversee scanning procedures of the site and manage exceptions.
• Periodically check the data from CCTVs, sensors and other such automation equipment to ensure operational vigilance.
• Oversee scanning of various sites, locations, venues, vehicles and aircrafts.

Investigation & Due Diligence:-

• Conduct investigation of Security incidents and set in motion remedial measures.
• Prepare and share investigation reports with BU team on investigations of critical incidents.

Security Strategy:-

• Contribute to business Security strategy and Security roadmap by providing site perspective.
• Align the EPT security strategy with the group policy.
• Institutionalise operational excellence initiatives for the team.

Governance:-

• Conduct timely reviews of all on-going strategic initiatives at the site
• Participate in governance council meetings to suggest improvements and discuss pressing issues with key stakeholders
• Monitor and analyse daily local, national and international news that might impact the organization or the site
• Analyse the gathered intelligence, foresee risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor the vigilance level of the Security operations and drive alertness at all times.

Security Risk Assessment:-

• Conduct security risk assessment and implement mitigation measures in consultation with Head EPT to counter threats and vulnerabilities.
• Identify vulnerabilities and gaps in the established Security infrastructure, operations, systems, technologies.
• Assess the varied Security threat scenarios.
• Review the SRA report and ensure mitigation measures are put in place as per the findings.

Security Audits:-

• Facilitate internal/ third party security audits and conduct timely checks to ensure reliability of Security management system and submit report of audit findings.
• Review the Security audit report, analyse findings and conduct dialogue with the concerned stakeholders for action planning and resolution; Ensure prompt closure  of open audit findings.

Qualifications:-

• B.Tech/ BSc. in Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics.
• Preferable to have certifications in the field of information security/ TSCM.

Must-have Experiences:-

• At least 10 years of experience in the field of Communication, 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a similar position for large-sized organization.
• Experience with Electronic Warfare/ Surveillance unit or detachment.
• Exposure to varied Security risk management verticals and seasoned understanding of information security and data protection.
• Up to date knowledge of latest trends in industrial espionage.
• Robust understanding of investigation techniques and audit procedures.

Preferred Experiences:-

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in handling EMI, EMC, SIGNAL intelligence/ Communication.
• Rich experience interfacing with all levels of management; Experience of managing complex stakeholder interactions and leading discussions with top management.
