Lead System Engineer (HVAC) Alstom Bangalore, India Job Posted : Feb 6th, 2025 Job Description Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical engineering expertise in the evolving field of Rolling Stock HVAC systems. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates. You’ll lead the technical development of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing), lead design reviews, and coordinate technical issue resolution during detailed design phases. You’ll specifically take care of delivering subsystem documentation and ensuring coordination on interfaces and performances, but also support sourcing, validation, and transition to production activities. We’ll look to you for:- Defining architecture and functionalities of HVAC systems Ensuring interface alignment with internal and external stakeholders Leading technical development and design reviews Delivering and controlling subsystem documentation Supporting technical issues from investigation to closure Contributing to Engineering risks, mitigation plans, and QCD optimization We value passion and attitude over experience.
