Lead HW Electrical / Electronics Engineer

This position offers you the challenge to define and develop & Lead Hardware components team in EPN, HMI, P&D,Sensor areas, both for new solutions as well as maintenance.

Role:-

• You are expected to have extensive practical experience on Product development life cycle, Leadership skills and communication skills are crucial in this role.
• You are expected to be creative and come up with innovative solutions to very complex problems.
• Furthermore, you will manage the collaboration and partnership with our suppliers together with Purchasing, collaboration with All other sites, Participate in VDT , COP meeting to drive the initiatives tech road map & AE backlogs etc.

Qualification And Experience:-

• M.Tech/B.Tech in Electronics engineering.
• 9 to 12 years of experience in Automotive core experience in design & developing Electrical components in various areas like Human machine interface , Electrical power network, Protection & Distribution, Wiring components.
• Cross functional with Player mindset , Agile way of working
• Complete master in design & development at least on one of specific areas & basic Knowledge in all other areas to handle the Team, Be as the mentor & technical Assistance to team members
• Deep Knowledge on EE architecture, Sensor awareness, hardware component development process
• Strong experience at Vehicle Level.
• Vehicle level application knowledge, high level requirements – breaking into component level requirements
• Extensive knowledge on writing / reviewing Validation requirements to define the durability / endurance of components, Leading the Cross functional forum & work closely with other commodities (like CAB, Chassis , Power train etc)
• Basic knowledge on Data driven management
• Well versed with supplier development and supplier management
• Additional advantages for Basic Knowledge on Functional Safety.
