Eaton Corporation Recruitments Lead Engineer - Product Qualification & Certification Job in Pune, Maharashtra

We are looking for motivated professionals with experience in certification and testing of LV Circuit breaker ACB and MCCB for IEC 60947-1,2,3, UL 489 and 1066 and CCC.

Candidate individually should able to handle UL, IEC and CCC certification programs for the LC
Candidate can individually communicate with third party labs/certification bodies and plan to run product certification programs. To run Product certification/third party testing from outside labs/external agencies and provide technical support to them.
Candidate must have sound knowledge of International/National product standards like IS,IEC, UL, CSA, CCC etc (To test and certify products as per international and national standards. To understand testing plans provided by external labs. To prepare test plans).
Candidate should have exposure on ACB, MCCB or similar products testing/certification(To work products testing/certification and collaborate with
internal/external lab testing).
Candidate can individually handle third party certification Audits(To deal with Auditors of third party).
Candidate should have good analytical and problem solving skills(To analyse test result and suggest solutions).

Qualifications and Experience:-

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical 12 to 15 yrs relevant experience.
12+ Yrs of experience in certification of LV products like ACB, MCCB, MCB, Switches in IEC,UL, CCC

Skills:-

Good knowledge test setups of ACB and MCCB certifications ( Like short circuit testing, Electrical endurance, Temperature rise testing according to standards)
Understanding on electrical connections and system.
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate information effectively to customers, and technical staff.
Candidate should have understanding of IEC 60947-1,2,3 , UL 489 and UL 1066 standard.
Candidate should understanding of ACB and MCCB.
Experiences of ACB testing at External Certification Lab
