Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Readiness Level

In the role of Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL), you will be responsible and accountable to assess the MRL level of New Processes and Technologies and thereby facilitate for the smooth launch of the technologies/ process at Manufacturing Units
Through MRL evaluation process, you will highlight to Organization the major risks in the implementation of technologies way early in the process and help to mitigate the same

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Should be able to drive the MRL assessment discussions & arrive at the desired MRL level for the New technologies, Processes.
• Should be taking up the accountability for the MRL level against the gate requirement.
• Required to highlight the project team the major risks in the project and prepare the team to mitigate the same.
• Responsible to own the framework and Questions in the assessment process, required to upgrade the questions as per the advancement of the areas.

Required Qualifications:-

• 7+ Years of experience in Manufacturing or Manufacturing support function.
• Strong knowhow of end to end strategic project management, program management
• Solid business acumen, ability manage the interaction with the project team in confidence.
• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering
• QMS 9001:2016 certification (Lead or Internal auditor) would be beneficial
• Good exposure of wind domain manufacturing, wind sector exposure

• Ability to think and drive the discussions , in way to unfold the manufacturing pitfalls in the process
