Lead Engineer – LV Panels & Cables

SAE is responsible for delivering optimized and trusted control solutions for our Wind Turbines including the functional safety. This includes the real-time communication backbone that ties all the distributed control nodes together, the real time operating system of the control nodes and the high-level functionality that control all operation in the turbine. SAE is responsible for maintaining the man machine & plant interface, service functionality, sensing (wind, azimuth, yawing, tower acceleration), AUX power supply & backup. We are a team of around 200+ engineers spread between Denmark, Portugal & India working in a highly innovative technology-centric and process motivated environment

Responsibilities:-

• Tech Lead on project, technical risk assessment, DFMEA, level C project plan
• Guide team of engineers to Create or Update of technical purchase specifications for LV Panels & cables
• Deliver Electrical documentations like panel layout, electrical diagrams etc
• Create, guide, review design verification plans, procedures and reports
• Participate in supplier type / routine test on LV panels and LV cables
• Exposure to International standards such as IEC, UL, CCC etc
• Hands on experience on PTC Windchill PDM link, CMS
• Hands on experience on Electrical drafting tools like Eplan, SEE electrical

Qualifications:-

• 10+ years of experience in Master’s / Bachelors in electrical / Electrical and Electronics/ similar engineering
• Guiding a Project team for complex electrical projects
• Stakeholder management of entire value chain & detailed project plan exprience in JIRA
• Experience in designing and building of LV electrical systems
• Experience from Wind turbine industry / Energy sector / Low voltage component manufacturer
• Experience in product development process & all design phases (Concept to validation & Improvement)
• Experience with Jira and agile methodologies and project management
• Cross cultural understanding and committed to diversity and gender balance
