Lead BI Engineer

Responsibilities:-

• This role should provide the backbone support for QSE performance management digitalisation initiatives by establishing the integrations between the QSE data sources and target system
• Plan, coordinate, develop and support ETL processes including table structure architecture, building ETL process in SSIS/ Azure databricks/Data factory
• Experience in creating configuration files to deploy the SSIS packages
• Debug, fix and support existing SSIS packages
• Support gathering Requirements, analyse, design and develop databases
• Scope, estimate & plan data models development based on requirements

Qualifications And Experience:-

• Degree in Engineering or MCA or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant data engineer experience
• Certification in SQL SSIS or Azure databricks is required

Competencies:-

• Able to create configuration files to deploy the SSIS packages
• Understanding of database principles
• Efficient experience in database query (i.e. SQL)
• Experience in PowerBI scorecards or dash board development is an added advantage
• Quality-oriented, can validate own data results
• Innovative and self-focused, structured, scientific, transparent and pragmatic
• Good team-oriented person and good at keeping close to stakeholders
• Enjoy variety and changes in your everyday work life
