Build and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified leads Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand clients’ energy requirements, recommend customized solar solutions. Market Research, Analysis: Conduct market research, identify potential clients, market trends, competitors. Analyze and assess market dynamics, identify growth opportunities. Proposal and Presentation Development: Prepare proposals, presentations, business cases to show value of our solar solutions to prospects. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment of proposed solutions with client needs. Build Vertical for Solar Panel EPC Sales 100KW to 1000 KW (C&I) Develop network of Large EPC partners/Bidders in Tenders Drive Topline revenue, profitability and market share of C&I division Qualification and Experience:- Preferred B-Tech Engineers/MBA Candidate Experience : 5 to 7 years B2B Sales Experience in Solar EPC Sales in Rooftop Solar Industry Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 3 years Gender : Preference male Salary : CTC 6 to 8 Lacs Location:- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
