Junior Engineer – Civil (Solar EPC)

Responsibilities:-

Site Supervision & Execution:-

• Assist in civil construction activities for solar power plants, including foundation works, roads, drainage, and fencing.
• Support land grading, excavation, and site leveling based on project
• Supervise pile foundations, RCC structures, and mounting system installations.
• Ensure adherence to construction schedules and quality standards.

Coordination & Quality Control:-

• Work closely with senior engineers, site managers, and contractors for smooth
• Verify material quality, construction techniques, and compliance with designs.
• Conduct basic site inspections and documentation for quality

Safety & Reporting:-

• Ensure safety protocols and site regulations are
• Maintain daily work logs, progress reports, and material consumption records.

Key Skills & Competencies:-

• Basic knowledge of civil construction, foundations, and structural work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction drawings.
• Strong understanding of IS codes and quality control in construction
