Junior Engineer

Candidates should have a degree in Chemical Engineering with relevant years of experience in Front End & Detailed Design in the hydrocarbon industry. Candidate must hands-on experience in basic process simulation and must have knowledge of software like HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, etc. Experience in Design & Engineering of refinery, petrochemical, gas processing plants and LNG cryogenic units, will be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Proper and timely execution of projects in process department
• Ensure completion of work in the assigned budget , project plan and man hours allotted.
• Support to other disciplines in execution of projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with other disciplines for proper co-ordination during project cycle.
• Expertise in executing various process engineering activities such as:
  • Fluid Property estimation using Aspen HYSYS
  • Hydraulic calculations for Pump and compressor circuits
  • Relief Load Estimation, PSV Sizing, Inlet and Outlet Line Sizing
  • Flare Header sizing using Aspen Flare System Analyzer, Flare Load Summary
  • P&ID development, preparation of Cause-and-Effect Diagram
  • Vessel Sizing, Equipment, and Instrument Datasheet Preparation
  • Heat Exchanger Design, Rating and Simulation using HTRI

Qualification :-

• B.TECH/B.E

Required Experience:-

• 2 – 6 Years
