IS Solution Architect

This is a IS Solution Architect role, reporting to the Lead Architect in Business Area Electrification (EL) located in Bangalore and will be responsible for the design, integrity and quality of an IS solution and of associated IS services delivered to business, Support Functions and IS Technology domains as the case may be. Responsible that the IS solution/service provides the required functionality and meets the cost expectations of business, collaborating with and contributes to project setup and delivery as well as to service operations optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the solution design at project/platform level ensuring integration integrity of different modules (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds, Pardot, Apttus, Field Service Lightning).
• Consulting project Solution Architects to ensure that solutions delivered by projects fit well into overall platform and application architecture.
• Working with Lead architect to provide a consensus-based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with ever changing client needs.
• Engaging with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.
• Providing detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions.
• Articulating the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.
• Owning and aggressively driving forward specific areas of technology architecture.
• Providing architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.
• Creating and delivering of all solution related documentation, providing input and solution guidance to the technical lead for custom solution.
• Engaging in practice development initiatives and frequently runs knowledge storm.
• Promoting of best practice related solutions and integrating applications to reduce costs and improve overall adoption.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably in IT or Computers.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT, out of which 5+ years in Salesforce development and 2+ years in Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Pardot, Field Service Lightning.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce DX.
• Experience and strong skills in collaboration with external suppliers and development team spread around the world.
• Salesforce certification, Administrator must and Application or system Architect would be benefit.
• Fluency in English language.
