IS ERP TimeZone Manager

This is an IS ERP Time Zone Manager role, reporting to the Service Owner ERP Run Services Manager and will be based in Bangalore. You will be accountable for building and provision of appropriate and efficient “End to End” IS solutions/services and related support activities for an entire Business Process, Support-Function or IS Technology Domain.

Responsibilities:-

• Handling of ERP operations seamlessly for multiple applications with stakeholder collaboration. Supporting various stakeholders within the Business Area and Division, Countries (Lead Business) and GBS IS domains. Strong stakeholder management skills expected.
• Understanding different global and local business/country needs so far as application operation and maintenance is concerned. Supporting complex, diverse global IT domain environment (both BAU operations and internal projects).
• Responsible for day-to-day execution of IS Domain service operation delivery, escalation, and relationship management. Cooperates with IS Service Owner and IS Solution Architect to build IS Domain Service operation activities.
• Collaborates with Service Owners of the Global IS Domain Owner to map business process demand to existing or new IS services providing and helping on the direction of new demands and projects.
• Collaborates with Build Team to integrate Operation and Build activities (Dev Ops scope). Strong Vendor and contract management skills.
• Deliver solid service management in complex landscape including global and local IS Domain services. Assuring active cooperation with other IT domain teams as well as other GBS departments (CX, SPEX, Capabilities, etc.)
• For assigned tasks, getting all actions executed in IS processes according to agreed RACIS specification.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in any stream or business engineering.
• Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience working in similar domain.
• Should have worked on service management (Application Maintenance, Reporting, App run management, Operation etc.) along with SAP knowledge.
• ITIL 4 foundation certification or other Lean certifications are desired.
• Excellent Leadership skills and collaborative skills.
• Fluent in English language.
