IP Packaging & Integration – Applications Engineer, Sr I

We are looking for a product specialist to support Synopsys IP packaging and IP integration product family who would work closely with customers (internal/external) and product teams to deploy solutions that help customers with their design requirements.
The resource will work in deploying and training customers on new implementations and capabilities in addition to implementing technical roadmap, specifications & validation plan for feature updates and enhancements.

Key Qualification:-

• MSEE/BSEE or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
• Strong HDL language support (Verilog, System Verilog, VHDL(optional)) with focus on Digital design fundamental
• Understanding and exposure to Digital IP design and Digital IP integration methodology
• Hand-on experience with Front-end design (Synthesis)
• Exposure and understanding of Formal Verification and Static Timing Analysis
• Good understanding of Synopsys Design Constraints (SDC) and Timing exceptions
• Scripting knowledge – TCL, Make, Perl/Python, Shell Scripting

Preferred Experience:-

• To be a product expert to drive success of Synopsys IP packaging and IP integration tools with focus on Synthesis using Design Compiler and Fusion Compiler.
• To be an interface between the customer and product teams to deploy solutions that help customers with their design requirements.
• A team player with strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently to complete assignments

Optional Experience:-

• Understanding of IEEE 1685 (IP-XACT) standard
