Instrumentation and Control system Commissioning Engineer

Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Installation and commissioning of all control system equipments for Hydro power plants
• Customer training and support service teams.
• Ensure All the contractual requirements and tests are met for I&C package
• All the punch points are closed for I&C package
• EHS Road Map targets are achieved with zero lost time injuries or fatalities.
• All required performance assessments are completed.
• All the protocols/ final data/ settings communicated to concerned

Required Qualifications:-

• University degree (comparable with bachelor / master) or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English, Hindi
• 3-5 years’ experience in Testing and Commissioning of PLC, SCADA in Power sector.

Desired Characteristics:-

• Should have knowledge in Rockwell Automation system
• Should have knowledge in different industrial communication protocols like Modbus, IEC 618570, IEC 104 etc.
• Knowledge on Studio 5000, Factory Talk
• Determination, Capacity to organize the own daily work and prioritize topics, capacity to address multiple and diverse technical issues in a complex environment.
• Autonomy, customer orientation sensitivity to integration and security aspects.
