Hydro Mechanic-Head/Manager/Officer-Pump

• Managing Hardware Tools & Machinery, engaged in Design, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Erection, Testing.
• Commissioning & Supplying of Radial Gates, Sluice Gates, Vertical Gates, Stoplog Gates. Penstock, Intake structure, Presser shaft, Trash rake, outlet structure components.
• Hydro Mechanical Work & Automatic tilting Gates and it’s related components used for regulating water in Dams, Barrage, Pump Storage Projects and canals.
• Managing Hydro Turbines, Generator, Powerhouse and all hydro mechanical equipment.
• Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
• During the design and construction of the overall structure, type selection, manufacture and installation of hydro mechanical equipment, close coordination with other disciplines and overall analysis shall be carried out, in order to achieve an optimal.
• Having through knowledge of Casting Yard, construction with all necessary checklist and method statement.
• Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving Mechanical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
• Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
• Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities
• Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
• Working with a variety of technicians.
