Hydraulic Engineer 1

• Hydraulic System Design for Surface Exploration (Mining) Drill Rigs.
• Co-Ordinate with Cross functional teams and support division engineers in projects from Concept design to proto development, and sustenance activities.
• Perform hand calculations, arrive at key specifications of components.
• Co-ordinate with supplier to finalize components.
• Interpret schematics, understand logics, propose solutions, update and modify.
• Hydraulic hose and fittings selection.
• Hydraulic CAD Integration, Pipe Hose routing, Aggregate mounting.
• Work on PDM/PLM systems associated with engineering release processes.
• Ensure defect free and on time delivery of tasks in strict compliance with operating procedures.
• Maintain Project documents as per ISO requirements.
• Contribute and Support team in competency and process development on continuous basis.

Education:-

• BE or B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Industrial Production or Automobile from reputed institutions.

Knowledge & Experience Requirement:-

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working with heavy engineering products or mining products or related products.
• Good knowledge on mobile hydraulics.
• Knowledge of design standards.
• Good knowledge of hydraulics and engineering materials.
• Vehicle Mechanics & Integration.
• Modelling and detailing.
• Preparation & release of BOM and Engineering change management.
• Basic project management knowledge.
• Knowledge working with A-cad and Creo.
