HR Senior Officer

• Provide support for candidate connect initiative
• Liaison with stakeholders to get solutions to the problems raised by candidates
• Ensure that the strategies designed for candidate connect is completed on a timely manner
• Update and maintain status trackers
• Publish weekly metrics
• Analyze data, highlight gaps and recommend solutions
• Support special projects and initiatives within HR
• Prepare the dashboards for HR & RM role

Education:-

• Min 3-6 Years.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):-

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Execution focus
• Energetic, Positive, Go getter attitude
