Job Description

  • Support for BL Strategy Development and ensuring execution in region
  • Identify and research business opportunities for new and existing markets (IAM /OES)
  • Identify future business prospects based on market research data (incl. machine learning), market / customer feedback and divisional opportunities
  • Explore and Build strategic partnerships to market players which can help to realize the business opportunities for the Business Line in the region
  • Identify, attract and acquiring new business to reach and surpass BL revenue and growth goals
  • Develop & implement BL (sales) strategies to meet business objectives and jointly implement strategic business plans for each sub region sales leads & all relevant cross functions
  • Develop concepts for reaching full market penetration through various sales channel
  • Establish close cooperation with the ZF local divisions and business units to derive aftermarket opportunities from current OE developments.

Qualification And Experience:-

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills (deriving product and solution trends, defining & structuring problems, driving analysis and “insights” and making recommendations
  • Strong business acumen as well as deep experience and understanding of technologies, industry and markets
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Collaborative and decision oriented (interacting with several internal stakeholders)
  • Long term 10+ years of experience, out of that 5+ experience to lead strategy and business development process
