Head Manufacturing – Cell and Module Plant [Solar]

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the Cell & Module plant
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Oversee quality control processes and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage plant budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership and guidance to plant staff to foster a culture of teamwork and accountability
• Identify training needs and develop talent within the team
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation
• Developing key systems and procedures (SOPs) leading to optimization of resources and processes.
• Responsible for all operations related to manpower selection, induction, tools, equipment and
• establishment of plants from land acquisition to finalization of property, feasibility studies, business
• plan analysis and strategy formulation and SOPs.
• Involved with all cross functional teams and lead them from the front to achieve timely and cost
• effective roll out of projects.

• BE / B. Tech, M. Tech
• 20-25 years of experience in Solar Manufacturing industry
