Head Commissioning

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Commissioning to spearhead the successful startup and handover of wastewater treatment plants for our construction projects. As a leader in this critical phase, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our facilities operate efficiently and meet environmental regulations. You will possess a deep understanding of wastewater treatment processes, commissioning procedures, and construction project management.

Responsibilities:-

• Proven experience as a Senior Commissioning In-charge/ Manager or in a similar leadership role within the Irrigation, Water/Wastewater, Industrial Water Sector with commissioning experience of minimum six to ten projects overseen.
• Lead and direct end-to-end project Pre & Post Commissioning activities and ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, promoting collaboration and excellence in the pre commissioning and Commissioning of Irrigation Projects, Water, Waste-Water treatment projects etc.,
• Utilise In-depth knowledge of Water Treatment, Irrigation processes and Waste-Water treatment technologies etc., to guide engineering and technical teams effectively.
• Strong project commissioning management skills with a successful track-record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring financials closely to achieve financial objectives while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Implement stringent Quality & Safety measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements, integrating them into project strategies.
• Interaction with Clients / Licensors / Construction / Engineering / Allied disciplines for activities planning and resource mobilisation.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team management capabilities to inspire and guide project teams toward successful outcomes in handling projects.
• Familiarity with relevant Industry Standards and Regulations.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office, project management software, CAD).
