Graduate Consultant – UK Environment

Responsibilities:-

• Remote working with UK members of the Environmental Planning team including line managers, Project Managers (PMs) and technical specialists (as required) daily. In addition, the consultant will need to contact third parties for data collection purposes.
• Day-to-day tasks will include the preparation of project health and safety plans, the completion of desk study reports, and the presentation of data in the form of tables, charts, and drawings.
• Fulfilling duties within the Arcadis business management system including the completion of mandatory training, timesheets and other submissions as required.
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting environmental data based on noise/air quality/soil/water/ecology.
• Identify client-specific requirements relating to CDM and H&S etc.
• Assess the adequacy of Pre-Construction Information and identify potential information gaps.
• Identify potential hazards and constraints.

Qualifications & Experience:-

• B.E / B. Tech in Civil/Environment Engineering and M. Tech in Environment Engineering from a recognized University. or
• B.Sc. Geology/ Botany/Zoology, M.Sc. Environmental Science
• A degree in a relevant scientific discipline, and preferably also a postgraduate degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language, with good report writing, analytical and computer skills.
• Ability to think innovatively.
• Ready to work on the tools like MS Office, AutoCAD / GIS Software / Rockware / EVS / EsDAT/PowerBI/AreMode.
