Job Description

  • Lead the Competency development agenda for the whole of Field Services business in line with business priorities.
  • Lead the band of L2 Experts supporting field teams in resolving complex customer issues like a crack team.
  • Work with the technical community ecosystem, viz., R&D, L3, Product Management, CCC, GSC and LOB teams on offer quality related agenda (I2P).
  • Support Root Cause Analysis for significant failures at customer sites.
  • Grow the training center for both internal and customer trainings (including creation of revenue generating offers/catalogues)
  • Support the Product Sales, Service Sales/BD teams in validating service solutions offered to the customer (including organizing POCs where required)
  • Managing Key Account Technical Experts
  • Closed engagement with global training academy
  • Product Lifecycle/ supportability validation

Qualification And Experience:-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical or equivalent
  • Minimum 15-18 years’ industry experience
  • Experience in Service domain is highly recommended
  • Should have strong technical background of various products
  • Should have handsome experience and knowledge of applications under various customer segments, e.g. C&SP, MMM, WWW, CPG etc.
  • Should have strong customer and partner management experience relationships
  • Experience of handling large team and diverse cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of Industry Trends and Competition landscape
  • Good Presentation skills
