Global Technology Engagement Specialist

The Global Technology Engagement Specialist role is responsible for coordinating our messaging and communications towards the Business. This role will support the strategic, as well as the day-to-day operational communication for Global Tech from the Planning to execution. To drive (internal) clients’ satisfaction for Arcadis Technology as well as delivering communication for Tech strategic transformation.

Role accountabilities:-

• Together with MarCom develop a centralized communication approach/ plan and coordinate messaging and communications activities between Tech and the business as well as with the internal Tech population.
• Ensure we coordinate the delivery of the Tech Vision by managing the preparation and set up of the Editorial board meeting within Tech leadership and various stakeholders.
• Prepare and support internal/ external presentations for Arcadis Tech.
• Develop Toolkits/ storyline that help Tech leadership team to deliver value focused storyline towards clients, such as (online) brochures, presentations, video’s, podcasts’ etc.
• Develop online campaigns, as part of the communications strategy, to drive awareness & relevance and to engage with key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain close working relationships with other Marketing Communications Teams and relevant stakeholders (Global MarCom, GBAs, Enabling functions and Arcadis GEN)
• Manage the channels for Tech like the Tech Communications Site, Tech updates, Tech Intranet page(s), SharePoint, Yammer, MS Teams and Email, etc.)
• Prepare and support the GTO and Global Technology Strategy & Transformation Director in creation of talks, presentations, etc. for public engagements as well as strategy and change communication

Qualifications & Experience:-

• The candidate should be an experienced marketing communications expert used to managing multiple projects and demands with at least 5-7+ years of experience in related field. He/ she demonstrates strong expertise in digital marketing and stakeholders’ alignment.
• The candidate is innovative, collaborative, and hands on, especially in the beginning. Being able to communicate with a diverse range of people is a vital skill for this position. A self-starter demonstrating ability to influence without authority. Ability to inspire and influence multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:-

• Excellent communication skill
• Strong expertise in digital marketing (including but not limited to email, social media, and web-based advertising, but also text, video and multimedia messages as a marketing channel.)
• Strong influencing and negotiation and collaboration skills
• Self-Driven and highly motivated
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: curious, result oriented, creative.
• Multi-Tasker and communications specialist who loves to work with team members and colleagues around the globe.
• Proficient in SharePoint and MS Office applications, in particular PowerPoint. Familiarity with The Arcadis Way and Oracle applications beneficial.
• Fluent in English, additional languages beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional role and collaborative environment (matrix organization).
• Previous experience working with senior Arcadis leadership beneficial.
