Global Proposal Manager – Separation Products

You will be part of the Global Proposal team who are dedicated to handle Separation product line. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in a multinational organization and in an environment involving different cultures and different challenges.

Responsibilities:-

​Execution:-

• Techno commercial ownership for the defined product line,
• Responsible for complete Product proposal and Cost Estimation.
• Product Selection & Equipment Sizing based on the customer requirement.
• Drive standardization and proposal process within the team and collaborate with other product proposal leads.
• Develop global processes standards to be used by all ISS team​.
• Align with other FLS offering like Digital, Service B trough collaboration.
• S ales Forecast development in close collaboration with regions and other ISS functions.
• Collaborate with Regional proposal leads understanding sale strategy.
• Organize and attend weekly or bi-weekly meeting with GPLM and ISS leads.
• Responsible for delivering Proposal on Time.
• Ensuring customer requirement in RFQ’s is understood and key deviations and exclusion taken.

​Leadership:-

• Drive and support change management within proposal organization process around product life cycle.
• Deliver on promises to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with GPLM & ISS team. Building trust and confidence in GPT
• Engages key stakeholders in all activities.
• Develop clear process line strategies covering all aspects of the product life cycle.​
• Manage product line risks and liabilities.
• Collaboration and coordination with PLP’s and IOD

Location:-

• Proposal management support within sales as back-office function
• Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
• Supports with administration of deliveries.
• Coordinates review and edit proposal input.
• May have engineering expertise.
• May deliver cost estimates of products.
• May estimate current material costs.
