Global Planning and Fulfillment Manager – High Voltage

Planning & Fulfilment team is responsible for developing Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies, Production Planning processes and Inventory management processes in all our production units. Working within the Hitachi Energy High Voltage Global Operations, you will implement Planning & Fulfilment strategies in all High Voltage units. You will report to the High Voltage Global BU Operations manager.

 Responsibilities:-

• You will be responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing Planning & Fulfillment (P&F) strategies in all our manufacturing units.
• You will work closely with Hubs/Operating units, Feeder factories and supporting function such as Sales & Marketing, SCM, Transport & Logistics and Finance in developing P&F priorities.
• Coaching and training Hubs/Operating units on global processes, tactical re-source planning and capacity planning to establish optimum resource levels.
• You will achieve business targets through regular reviews with Hubs/Operating Units and Feeder factories in executing annual plans and implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Your business targets include Customer on time delivery, product lead times and Inventory management.

Qualification And Experience:-

• A University Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Business.
• More than 10 years of experience in Planning & Fulfillment, working in an manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Production Planning, Factory capacity planning and Transport & Logistics planning an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and working in SAP platform.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
