FPSO Commissioning—Operations

Objective:-

• Deliver the FPSO operating systems, commissioning and start-up activities to ensure that the Project’s requirements are executed to meet customer, applicable Classification, statutory rules and project specifications on time and within budget
• Ensure operations procedures are reviewed and approved to ensure safety of personnel and asset
• Proactively resolve system operating, commissioning and start-up activities with the contractor as required
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with applicable Codes and Standards within the boundaries of the Basis of Design

Accountabilities:-

• Responsible to execute all phases of the management for the commissioning and start-up process
• Ensures the team have information as to current revisions of drawings, specifications, design documents, as required to perform commissioning
• Notify Commissioning or Installation Manager of items that could impact schedule and implement corrective action, as required
• Accountable for equipment operation testing to ensure that progress sheets are being completed and filed correctly on a daily basis
• Ensures the team adheres to Company established commissioning & start-up guidelines, protocol and documentation package requirements
• Interface and communicate with Project Team and Management expectations for commissioning and start-up regarding documentation requirements, punch list items, and timely completion of construction work
• Execution of the turnover processes and interface with the remainder of the Operations team
• Ensure all of the commissioning and start-up activities are documented and understood by all team members
• Safety – Responsible for personal safety–safe working practices for the position
