Finance Planning & Controlling Analyst

This is a Finance Planning & Controlling Analyst role, reporting to Factory Controller in Business Area Electrification (EL) located in Bangalore and will be responsible for providing financial and controlling expertise to the organization by compiling and analysing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve financial performance of a specific business.

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for Orders and OBL gross margin analysis and NPV monitoring.
• Performing analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast and proposes improvement actions.
• Export related commercial monitoring.
• Guiding to stakeholders on commercial side mainly on GST.
• Responsible for purchase scrutiny, release and Capex and Opex monitoring.
• Responsible for Monthly KPI forecast.
• Responsible for Plan Vs Actual financial KPI monitoring, deviation analysis and material, value addition and overhead cost analysis.
• Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitoring of under absorption.
• Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
• Fixation of absorption rate on quarterly basis.
• Ensuring internal controls are in place.
• Responsible for month end closing activities like journal entries.
• Preparing various MIS and discussion of the same with concerned stakeholders.
• Co-ordinating and supporting local cost auditor and statutory auditor.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance.
• 3-8 years’ experience in finance, planning & controlling from any manufacturing organization.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have eagerness to drive the business strategy.
