Finance Executive

• Analyse and interpret contracts to determine proper invoicing requirements & format.
• Verify the accuracy of invoice calculations.
• Assist with testing the accuracy of system modifications designed to accommodate billing solutions.
• Recommend and implement billing solutions using current technology to maximize efficiency and accuracy of existing systems & processes.
• Assist with testing the accuracy of system modifications designed to accommodate billing solutions. Follow up with project managers regarding unbilled work in progress and project status.
• Analyse and interpret contracts to determine proper requirements & formats.
• Project approval process improvements.
• Analyse project parameters as required by the company.
• Assist project team in setting up projects as per company norms.
• Review projects on regular intervals and report to management.
• Review GST parameters required for projects and approve / assist team in the same.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• BCOM Graduate / other relevant degree in field of accountancy.
• 4-7 years accounting related experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required).
• Must have knowledge of billing and financial concepts.
• Works well in an environment with firm deadlines; results oriented.
• Perform multiple tasks effectively should be a team player and co-ordinate and be a part in building a team.
• Excellent oral and interpersonal communications skill.
