Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:-

• Should have knowledge & Experience on Bottling & Filling line system like Procomac, KHS , Krones etc.
• Travels to clients for the purpose of doing service, maintenance and overhauling of equipment based on customer requirements.
• Maintain the GEA standard during service and overhauling of equipment / system,
• Update customer on Spares requirement in next visit and educate customer on general maintenance practices periodically.
• Sending feedback to our Sales team about any additional requirement of spares and services by customer,
• Prepare visit and service report,
• MOM preparation with customer as per the contract,
• Coordinate with other functions (Procurement / Control & Automation / Process / Inspection etc.) for ensuring delivery of Spares & services.
• Prepare PR for project requirements and ensure PO release for the same
• Prepare and coordinate HSS/EPCG documentation requirements and import coordination
• Coordinate for timely dispatches of Spares / project items
• Coordinate with project team, other functional departments and demonstrate work ethics.
• Support commercial team and back office in spares & service-related activities.

Qualification And Experience:-

• BE / B Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Dairy & Food Engineering
• Experience – At least 3 years on Pet Bottling Machine preferably on Procomac System
