Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities:-

• Manage Facilities related vendor lists, PR/PO requests and invoices.
• Act as a liaison between Purchasing, Accounts Payable and vendors for billing.
• Prepare letters, presentations, and reports as needed.
• Support the Real Estate, Facilities, Environmental, Health and Safety SharePoint folder data entry.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:-

• Minimum associate’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in customer service-driven roles.
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with fellow team members, senior management and high-profile customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle applications.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• A positive, energetic, optimistic attitude, not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, including conscientiousness, diplomacy, flexibility, and dependability.
• Impeccable organization and efficiency skills; strong attention to detail to ensure timely follow-up and bring all issues to closure.
• Clear, concise, and articulate listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Works with little supervision, identifies opportunities and executes projects to improve organization and efficiency.
