Job Description

  • Coordination between sugar mills, transporter, CHA, forwarder, surveyor etc. for sugar movement.
  • Handling operations and documentation for domestic & export shipments for Agri commodities (especially Sugar).
  • Contract Drafting.
  • Follow up for truck and rake loading with transporters.
  • Follow up for the receivables from the buyers.
  • LC issuance, presentation of documents under LC, docs presentation to buyers.
  • Coordination with Bank.
  • Waybill issuance.
  • Arranging documents pertaining to Auditing.
  • Maintaining daily inward and outward reports.
  • Visiting Mills (inter-state), Port, Custom office, CHA, forwarder etc. as and when required.
